What we do
The Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992) reshaped how Ghanaian companies are formed, governed, and disclose. We help founders and boards build the right structure from day one — and clean up the structure they have when it no longer fits the business.
We work end-to-end on the documents that hold a company together: shareholder agreements, board charters, employment terms for senior hires, commercial contracts that withstand the second look, and the GIPC registrations that foreign-invested businesses cannot operate without.
Recent representative work
This is a new firm. Our partners’ prior experience includes capital raises for early-stage Ghanaian companies, shareholder restructurings ahead of investment rounds, and the corporate governance work that follows a first institutional cheque.
