The Ghana Revenue Authority has, over the last several years, become both more capable and more aggressive. We advise corporate and individual clients on getting the structure right at the front end — and on defending it at the back end when the GRA’s view of the same transaction is different.
We work across Income Tax, VAT, and the various withholding regimes, and we represent clients through the full controversy ladder: audits, objections, appeals to the Tax Appeals Board, and onward to the High Court.
