What we do
The best outcome is the one that never sees a courtroom. When that is not possible, the next best thing is a partner who has stood inside one and knows what the trial will actually look like before the writ is filed.
We act in commercial disputes in the High Court (Commercial Division), in domestic arbitration under the ADR Act, 2010 (Act 798), and in international arbitration under ICC, LCIA, and UNCITRAL rules. We also do the quieter work — pre-action strategy, mediation, and the negotiated settlements that resolve a matter before either side commits to the cost of a full proceeding.
